Who we are
Christian Leadership Academy Yaounde that stands for the Acronym CLAY is a higher education institution or university that comprises two sections of education. These include, the secular section which is for purely academic and professional tannings and the theological section that is concerned with Christian ministry and leadership trainings.
CLAY is a lay private institution with humanitarian perspective to transform lives and society through human capital investment. CLAY uses education to build leaders that will subsequently develop their communities.

of the Republic of Cameroon in Central Africa.

• Christian Leadership Academy basic foundation is to inculcate Christian and moral values in learners. Most Higher education institutions are only geared towards academic and professional training. Christian Leadership Academy Yaoundé’s curriculum is also geared towards meeting this gap by providing programs that are geared towards academic or professional development with more emphasis on Christian values and Moral rectitude. Building citizens with good moral rectitude is building peaceful and prosperous nations void of corruption, evil practices and moral decadence.

• Solving the problem of scarcity of Christian Ministry Education by Creating a theological college that is open to students from all denominations. Very few standard theological colleges or institutions in Cameroon admit students from other denominations. The few that exist only train their leaders and pastors.

• The Curriculum of Christian Leadership academy is a blended curriculum that serves to fill the gaps found in the curricula of most schools in Cameroon and meets the needs by producing students with holistic and sustainable skills. All our learners shall acquire skills in Christian ministry, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills no matter their various fields of specialization.

The Mission of Christian Leadership Academy is to train and empower learners with holistic professional competences, moral knowledge, and Christian ministry skills that will enable them to serve effectively in church and society following the doctrine or teachings of Jesus Christ.

As the word implies, TRAIL denotes a mark, series, signs, evidence, a passage or legacy left behind by someone or a group of people. Therefore, we intend to produce leaders that will impact and leave legacies as they manifest the following core values where ever they are:
